A PhD-qualified Digital Engineer specialising in systems modelling, image and signal processing, and applying digital technologies to complex industrial challenges, Sabeeh combines strong software development capabilities in Python, C++ and VHDL with practical hardware design, web-based UI and dashboard creation, and research-driven problem solving. He’s passionate about driving innovation through digital twins, data analytics and smart manufacturing workflows.
From Embedded Systems Research to AI-Powered Manufacturing Tools
Sabeeh holds a PhD in Radio and Mobile Communication Systems, specialising in signal and image processing for autonomous vehicles — specifically designing power-efficient obstacle detection systems using deep neural networks and FPGA. He now applies this research-driven background in AI and computer vision to improve manufacturing performance at HSSMI.

- AI Engineer — AIM. AIM is an AI assistant that lets manufacturing engineers upload their technical documents — reports, slide decks, process diagrams — and ask questions in plain English, getting exact, source-cited answers while keeping each client’s data strictly private. As Lead Engineer for the document-understanding pipeline, Sabeeh built an industry-unusual capability to read process flowcharts exactly (achieving 19 out of 19 steps validated against ground truth), eliminated an 87% data-duplication defect, and validated the pipeline on 421 real client files. When a live executive demo failed, Sabeeh turned it into a same-day tested fix — establishing a measurement-first culture where every change is shipped with before/after numbers on real documents, backed by more than 4,400 tests and roughly 87% test coverage.
